1. Services Provided

  • UnClutter Junk Removal (“the Company”) provides junk removal, hauling, and related disposal services to residential and commercial customers.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All pricing is agreed upon prior to the commencement of any job.

  • Full payment is due immediately upon completion of services, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, Interac e-transfer, card, payment link, or any other payment method approved by the Company.

  • Payment is considered complete only once funds have been successfully transferred, processed, received, and confirmed by the Company.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method is completed in full.

  • Any payment that is failed, pending, reversed, disputed, or declined for any reason will be treated as non-payment and will be subject to the late payment policy outlined in Section 3.

3. Late Payment Policy

  • If payment is not received within two (2) days of job completion, a late fee of $10 per day will be applied to the outstanding balance until payment is received in full.

  • Accounts not resolved within a reasonable timeframe may be referred to a collections agency at the customer’s expense.

4. Taxes

  • All prices quoted by the Company are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice in accordance with provincial and federal law.

5. Accepted & Restricted Items

  • The Company accepts most household, office, and construction debris.

  • The Company does not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to:

    • Chemicals

    • Asbestos

    • Fuels

    • Biohazardous waste

  • Hazardous materials may only be removed if expressly agreed upon in writing and in compliance with applicable regulations.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Jobs canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Jobs rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

7. Liability

  • The Company will exercise reasonable care during junk removal services and other services they offer.

  • The Company is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage to property

    • Damage to driveways, landscaping, Doors, or surrounding areas

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to all removal areas.

8. Donation & Recycling

  • Where possible, the Company may donate or recycle items deemed to be in good condition.

  • Donation and recycling opportunities are subject to availability.

  • All donation and recycling decisions are at the sole discretion of the Company.

9. Agreement

  • By scheduling services with UnClutter Junk Removal, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

  • This includes acceptance of pricing, payment requirements, late fees, and tax policies.
